Neon Grid is a telnet MUD. Any text client can reach the host if you know where to point it. The recommended rig is Mudlet with the Neon Grid package for mapper presets, triggers, and gauges, but raw telnet still gets you through the door.

| Client | Platforms | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Mudlet | macOS · Linux · Windows | Recommended. Use the Neon Grid package for mapper, trigger, and HUD support. |
| TinTin++ | POSIX · Termux | Lean, scriptable, terminal-native. Good for low-bandwidth operators. |
| BlightMud | Linux · macOS | Fast and hackable, with Lua scripting for players who like their tools sharp. |
| Mushclient | Windows | Old hardware, old habits, still a valid line into the city. |
| Raw telnet | any OS | No overlays. No mercy. Just the text and whatever it does to you. |

help newbie for the Sector 0 path, and
who to see who else is pretending to be awake.
